Who we are
Sanid (ساند) is operated by Sand for Digital Brokerage Platforms, a company registered in Qatar (commercial registration 252578), at Zone 69, Street 325, Building 12, Floor 11, Unit 2, Doha, Qatar. In this policy, “we” and “Sanid” mean that company. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Sanid is published on the App Store by Cytomate on behalf of Sand for Digital Brokerage Platforms. Cytomate distributes the app; Sand for Digital Brokerage Platforms operates the service and is responsible for your data.

What we collect
We only collect what the service needs. We do not buy personal data, and we do not collect anything in the background that you have not given us or asked us to use.

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking services. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising SDK and no third-party tracker in the Sanid app or on this website. We do not track you across other apps or sites, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Children and guardians
Under 13
A child under 13 cannot open a Sanid account by themselves. The account is created and managed by a guardian, has no password of its own, and a guardian approves each application before it is sent. A guardian can see the child’s activity and withdraw consent at any time.
13 to 17
Teenagers apply themselves. Where it matters — an application to an opportunity open to younger children, or one that an organisation marks as requiring consent — a guardian is informed and asked to approve.
Every age
Every listing is reviewed by our team before anyone can see it, and age limits are enforced on our servers, not just in the app.
Who sees your information
Organisations you apply to. When you submit an application, that organisation sees your name, your answers, the documents you attached, and the profile fields you filled in. They see nothing about you until you choose to apply.
Your guardian, if one is linked to your account, can see your applications and activity.
Our staff can see listings and account records where necessary to review content, verify an organisation, or answer a support request.
Our service providers. We use Microsoft Azure to host the service. They process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it, or you ask us to.
Where your data is stored
Sanid runs on Microsoft Azure in Sweden, within the European Union. Your data is therefore stored and processed outside Qatar, in a jurisdiction with comparable data-protection law.
We would prefer to host in Qatar and intend to move there when our cloud provider makes the necessary capacity available to us. We will update this page and tell affected users before any such move.
How we protect it
- All traffic between your device and Sanid is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes. Nobody at Sanid can read your password.
- Two-factor authentication is available on your account, and we recommend it.
- Servers and backups sit on encrypted storage. Backups are kept separately from the running system so they survive a failure of it.
- Access to production data is limited to the people who need it, over authenticated connections from known addresses.
- We commissioned an independent security assessment in October 2026 and are working through its findings.
No service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016), you may:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your account and your data;
- object to how we use your data, or withdraw a consent you gave;
- complain to the competent authority if you think we have got it wrong.
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile. You can also write to contact@sanid.qa and we will respond within 30 days. If the account belongs to a child, their guardian may make any of these requests on their behalf.
Deleting your account removes your profile, your documents and your saved items. Applications you already sent to an organisation may be kept by that organisation under its own policy, and we will tell you who to contact.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

لا نستخدم أي خدمات إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تتبّع. لا يوجد في تطبيق ساند ولا في هذا الموقع أي أداة تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع من طرف ثالث. ولا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نؤجّرها لأي جهة.
الأطفال وأولياء الأمور
دون 13 عامًا
لا يستطيع من هم دون 13 عامًا فتح حساب في ساند بأنفسهم. يُنشئ الحساب ويديره ولي الأمر، ولا توجد له كلمة مرور خاصة، ويوافق ولي الأمر على كل طلب قبل إرساله. ويمكن لولي الأمر الاطلاع على نشاط الطفل وسحب موافقته في أي وقت.
من 13 إلى 17
يقدّم المراهقون بأنفسهم. وحيثما كان الأمر مهمًّا — كالتقديم على فرصة متاحة لأطفال أصغر، أو فرصة تشترط الجهة موافقة عليها — يُبلَّغ ولي الأمر ويُطلب منه الموافقة.

تُراجَع كل فرصة من فريقنا قبل أن يراها أحد، وتُطبَّق الحدود العمرية على خوادمنا لا في التطبيق وحده.
من يطّلع على بياناتك
الجهات التي تقدّم إليها. عند إرسال طلبك، تطّلع تلك الجهة على اسمك وإجاباتك والمستندات التي أرفقتها وحقول ملفك التي عبّأتها. ولا تعرف عنك شيئًا قبل أن تختار التقديم.
ولي أمرك، إن كان مرتبطًا بحسابك، يمكنه رؤية طلباتك ونشاطك.
فريقنا يطّلع على الفرص وسجلات الحسابات عند الحاجة لمراجعة محتوى، أو توثيق جهة، أو الردّ على طلب دعم.
مزوّدو الخدمة لدينا. نستخدم Microsoft Azure لاستضافة الخدمة، وهم يعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا ولا يجوز لهم استخدامها لأغراضهم.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك، أو طلبت أنت منّا ذلك.
أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
يعمل ساند على Microsoft Azure في السويد، داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وعليه تُخزَّن بياناتك وتُعالَج خارج قطر، في نطاق قضائي ذي قوانين حماية بيانات مماثلة.
نفضّل الاستضافة داخل قطر وننوي الانتقال إليها متى أتاح لنا مزوّد الخدمة السعة اللازمة. وسنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونُبلغ المستخدمين المعنيين قبل أي انتقال.
كيف نحميها
- كل الاتصال بين جهازك وساند مشفّر أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS).
- تُحفظ كلمات المرور كبصمات bcrypt أحادية الاتجاه. لا أحد في ساند يستطيع قراءة كلمة مرورك.
- المصادقة الثنائية متاحة على حسابك، وننصح بتفعيلها.
- الخوادم والنسخ الاحتياطية على تخزين مشفّر، وتُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية بمعزل عن النظام العامل.
- الوصول إلى بيانات الإنتاج مقصور على من يحتاجه، عبر اتصالات موثّقة من عناوين معروفة.
- أجرينا تقييمًا أمنيًا مستقلًا في أكتوبر 2026 ونعمل على معالجة نتائجه.
لا تستطيع أي خدمة أن تَعِد بأمان كامل. وإذا تأثّرت بياناتك الشخصية بأي اختراق، سنُبلغك وسنُبلغ الجهة المختصّة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.

حقوقك
بموجب قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية في قطر (القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016)، يحقّ لك:
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية لدينا؛
- طلب تصحيح أي معلومة غير دقيقة؛
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك؛
- الاعتراض على طريقة استخدامنا لبياناتك، أو سحب موافقة سبق أن منحتها؛
- تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصّة إذا رأيت أننا أخطأنا.
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، من صفحة الملف الشخصي. ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على contact@sanid.qa وسنردّ خلال 30 يومًا. وإذا كان الحساب لطفل، فلولي أمره تقديم أي من هذه الطلبات نيابةً عنه.
حذف حسابك يزيل ملفك ومستنداتك ومحفوظاتك. أمّا الطلبات التي أرسلتها بالفعل إلى جهة ما فقد تحتفظ بها تلك الجهة وفق سياستها، وسنُرشدك إلى مَن تتواصل معه.
تغييرات هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا طريقة استخدامنا لبياناتك على نحو يؤثّر فيك، فسنحدّث التاريخ أعلى هذه الصفحة ونُبلغك داخل التطبيق قبل سريان التغيير.
